Needed a tire plugged called them they got me right in quick easy and no hassle
I called ahead to confirm that if they could install parts I would provide and was told yes. I was also asked to bring the parts in for a more accurate quote. I drove 45 minutes to the location, only to be told by another employee that they couldn't do the installation. While I understand that mistakes happen, it's frustrating that my time and gas were wasted due to this miscommunication.
When does having a flat tire equal a lucky day? When it coincidentally happens near West Fargo Les Schwab. Before I even got out of my vehicle, I was kindly greeted by Nate who checked me in and told me it would be no problem to get me fit in even though I had no appointment. 30 minutes later on a very busy Friday afternoon, Zachary B told me my tire was fixed.
