Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic/tire shop! A couple of days ago, I came in with an issue that had been bothering me for months….squeaky brakes. I had taken my car to my usual shop when it initially started to happen, but they told me there was nothing they could do. They simply changed my oil and sent me on my way. Got an alignment, when they were done they informed me my lower control arm was broken but still did the alignment knowing it wouldn't hold
I've made 2 visits to the shop in the past 2 weeks - once for new tires and once for an alignment. Both experiences were exceptional customer service by all team members I interacted with. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality work they offer. Highly recommend!
