Awesome experience. I got my tires at another place I won’t name, and had a leak just 2 weeks later. They said since I didn’t buy the warranty, they’d charge me to fix it. They weren’t too friendly so I called around and found Les Schwab instead. Super friendly, and had same day service. It turned out to be a valvestem leak that Les Schwab would have prevented had I got my tires there (they do it as preventative maintenance)! Solid first experience with this shop. I needed a last minute fix on a poor bead seal, and they got me fixed up quick. While I was there I also had them replace my rear shocks. The final bill was fair and no hidden BS charges either. The staff members I dealt with (Shelby and Nathan) were super chill, they are the reason Ill be back in the future. Nathan also gave me some estimates (low and high end) on some new wheels in case I wanted to replace them. There was zero pressure to buy, never a moment that either of them tried ... read more

I went here to get an alignment and new tires, and after they were finished, my car's airbag sensor wouldn't turn off. I told them that this was happening and they said they didn't do it and they wouldn't fix it, despite this issue happening only after bringing my car here. The cost to fix it at another shop was $850 dollars. Not only did they mess my car up, they also treated me poorly and weren't very nice. If you want new tires, just go to Sam's Club or Costco, there they will not screw you over!

I went to change a tire pressure sensor. I knew I had a tire hole. Without telling them, they fixed it for me. Good service
