Was not impressed with my visit. Came in because I was due for a rotate and was on a time crunch. I regret my choices. So in order... I had to wait awhile to be greeted and helped. Next, the guy tried to tell me he isn't supposed to rotate my tires at 5/32 "but they'll do it this time for me" which tells me this is a regular scam they use to get people to buy tires sooner. Unsure what to even say anymore. Les Schwab used to be great when they first opened. Recently (July 21) had oil change, inner and outer tie rods, rear shocks, and an alignment done. My front tires were at 3/32 during this visit. After leaving with my repairs completed. The tires were screaming around corners and while going straight down the road. So I brought the car back. I needed a tire rotation and alingment done because I was set to go on a trip. The got me in imediately and worked with me to get me on the road safely. Staff is amazing and the team works efficiently together to get the service done fast and thourough. Thank you for being a company that still believes in service and courtesy.
