I was there for 3.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires after that 3 out of 4 rims were gouged and scratched they would only replace 2 rims after saying it wasn't from them I declined the replacement and I will never go back
Great experience and even though we didn’t end up buying there for other reasons…their customer service and responsiveness was top notch!
I was traveling cross country with a travel trailer. My chevy silverado had serious front break metal on metal. We were staying in Miles City overnight & I called Jared at Les Schwab & he fit me into the schedule the next a.m. Jared went out of his way to get the needed parts from another site 2-3 hours away & got the brake job done by the end of the day. We ended up staying that extra day but it was all worth it. Many thanks to Jared & the crew at MC Les Schwab.
There was 1 vehicle in the shop .. 5 workers on 1 vehicle and an oil change still took 1 hr???? slow slow
