Staff was ok, the wait for a tire rotation the day we came was 2 hours.

Helped ua out in a major pinch
After reading previous reviews I am at odds as to why my experience was so different. I was initially assisted by David who was quite unpleasant and cynical during the inspection of my tires. I understand the concept of an up-sale, but his approach was borderline rude. He had me come back 2 hours after my scheduled appointment stating the tires I ordered were not in stock.
