Arrived first thing in the morning with my Tesla Y for an alignment I called ahead of time and they said they was not very busy, and they could fit me in. I'm guessing they are not qualified to do that type of work cuz I sat there for 2 hours and a half finally I just left.
Apparently they don’t own code readers.
Oil change and tire rotation took almost 2 hours even with a scheduled time to come in. Not bad, just a little long. We asked them to rotate in the spare tire to preserve the life of our 37s and when we asked what pattern was used, they lied and said they did it... they did not. The spare tire is still brand new. Would have much rather had them say they forgot instead of lie.
Thank you Cedar City Les Schwab for the fantastic service and tires. Your guy went above and beyond for me to make sure my rig was safe for the journey ahead!
