The staff were great, all of the mechanics I interacted with were knowledgeable and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. The issues on my vehicle were fixed in a timely manor and will definitely be going back to them for future maintenance and repair.
I got a flat tire and they patched it on the same day. Waiting was as expected for how busy they were, but the wait was well worth it for the customer service they provided. All the staff were very kind. They even apologized for the 2 hour wait, but i expected that as i didn't have an appointment and it was very last minute. Their customer service is fantastic! That plus competitive pricing and good quality parts and work are hard to compete with.
In the past I've used other tire stores. Now this is the place I always recommend. Very honest, efficient, and professional.
