I’ve been a loyal customer of Les Schwab since they opened in Cedar because they have consistently delivered outstanding service. That’s why today’s experience was so deeply disappointing. I arrived with a scheduled appointment at 9:00 a.m. to have the rear shocks replaced on my vehicle. The service technician assured me the job would only take a few hours.
