Blew multiple tires close to this shop and i was on the way to the airport and was crunched on time and they rushed and did everything to get me right back out on the road
Brought my wife’s escalade to this Les Schwab location due to a loud squealing noise while the car was in motion. Everyone I encountered here was determined to find the root cause of the noise and identified the problem quickly. Brought in 2 - 10 month old batteries from my daughter’s truck. Les Schwab had them for 6 hours and never called with status update. . I went there and they said neither charged. They stated one was at 0% and the other said to charge again and test. They would not honor warranty since the battery was purchased by previous owner even though we had the paperwork showing 14 months left on full warranty. Great customer service. I watched an employee get berated for circumstances beyond her control. She handled it with the utmost professionalism. Meanwhile, the tech assisting me was very polite.
