Brought in 2 - 10 month old batteries from my daughter’s truck. Les Schwab had them for 6 hours and never called with status update. . I went there and they said neither charged. They stated one was at 0% and the other said to charge again and test. They would not honor warranty since the battery was purchased by previous owner even though we had the paperwork showing 14 months left on full warranty. Great customer service. I watched an employee get berated for circumstances beyond her control. She handled it with the utmost professionalism. Meanwhile, the tech assisting me was very polite.
This is my second time coming to this location, we moved into the area from another county and I had always taken my cars to LS. This location is one of the best LS centers. This location is exemplary , the waiting area is always clean. I made an appointment for my 60k routine tire rotation on my F150, the minute I walked in I was greeted by the staff, and they had my appointment on their schedule, I also had them check my battery and alignment. I called ahead of time to inquire about suspension work on my pickup. They told me they could do a suspension inspection free of charge, and would quote the job after. They stated that I could bring the truck in “at my convenience” and they would get it looked at. I then called a second time to let them know I would be there in about 45 min. Went to this location a few months ago to get a slow leak repaired and for some reason was told they couldn't repair it so they ended up giving me another tire free of charge same where but still didn't charge me. That day they came through I was leaving the country for a month and a half and I was leaving the car for my daughter to use while I was gone.
