Went to this location a few months ago to get a slow leak repaired and for some reason was told they couldn't repair it so they ended up giving me another tire free of charge same where but still didn't charge me. That day they came through I was leaving the country for a month and a half and I was leaving the car for my daughter to use while I was gone. Had a nail in my tire and Les Schwab fixed it for free! The tire was OEM from the car manufacturer so I didn't buy it from them. Very friendly and great service. Store was clean too.
I called them 10 mins before closing, arrived 2 mins before closing and they stayed after closing to patch up my tire. I am extremely grateful to this friendly, hard working and efficient group at Les Schwab, Rocklin.
