Service is horrible here now since they first opened, it’s definitely not the same. They lie about their service times and then when take new people in front of you just because they know who they are. I should’ve known this when they asked me how many alignments I needed when I called for the same vehicle.
Too much ugga dugga! They put lug nuts on so tight that we had to go to Rudy's and they had to beat them off. And the last time they did a tire rotation a lug nut flew off and went through my tire and I had to have Rudy's fix it.
Went for tires and an oil change. People super nice. But the cost actually blew me away. They lost me as a customer for life.
We were traveling and had trouble with a tire on our camper. They squeezed us in and put on our spare so that we could make it home and get our axel fixed. Thank you!!!
It was fantastic. Salesperson was on me before i was parked, took a picture of VIN when i opened the door to greet him. Nice to see that amount of inthusiasm in someone doing their job.
