Same old stuff with these companies just about anytime I go in there they tell me it needs ball joints and won’t do alignment just took my truck in after replacing ball joints and tie rods and they didn’t do it and gave me a $1700 quote to replace ball joints. Unfortunately for them I’m not a dumb. Visit before this one it took 2 hrs for the to rotate my wheels. So ya if you ever get them to do work they’ll just look to upsell you something. Done with Les Schwab and big O.
Bought a used car today. Drove it straight to les Schwab on market place drive. For 4 new tires and a fresh oil chainge, which took over 3 hours! The bill came to just under $900 ok , but they called us up to the counter and told us they found a major oil leak that’s coming from the motor, the recommended staying the weekend in town and visit a mechanic Monday morning, Our trip back home was four hours. Excellent service! Got the part in over night and installed it the next day-squeezed me in late on a Friday. (Another place I won’t name said it would take three weeks…)
