I came a couple of months ago to these guys for a tpms issue from another shop. Micheal at Les Schwab handles it well and took care of me and my Tacoma. Just came back today for a tire balance and roation and valve issse. Always great customer service and will take care of you from start to finish.
Absolutely done with this place. I don’t think they even did the work they claim to have done. total rip off. Do not go here.
Megan and Kevin took great care of me. After three separate shops told me a nail puncture could not be patched, the Les Schwab team got me fixed up and in and out in 20 minutes. They saved me from buying a brand new tire even though that was the original plan. Strongly recommend this shop, and their tire warranties are the best you can find.
Had a nail in one of my tires and they fixed it fast, was on my way to the mountains. Appreciate their speedy help, they even did a wheel alignment all for no charges.
My husband was told it would take 1 hour to fix a tire, after an hour they didn’t even look at the car. He talked to the store Manager, whose name is Jesse and also talk to the employee whose name is Caleb and they told him that the tire couldn’t be fixed, but they didn’t even look at it.
