I went in after work to get my tires looked at, they were able to patch them all and even gave me estimates on new tires with no pressure! Such amazing people here! I’ll be back for my tires!
Marie is a lifesaver and a great worker!! All four of my tires had low air pressure because of the cold weather and I pulled up to Les Schwab and she got me taken care of an under 5 minutes with a smile on her face and even showed me how to reset my tire pressure monitoring system on my car. This is A+ service service!! And she did it all with a smile on her face!! This is exactly why I always come to Les Schwab.
SOLD OLD TIRES! I would NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! Purchased in 2021, 4yr old tires were put on with date code Nov2017. And now the fact is that i have issues finding service on my 3-4yr old tires, that were sold to me as "new" but were 4yrs old per the date code on the tires. I did not notice the date until they were installed and even a year later..(second season to use them). The level of disregard for customer service at this location is truly on another level. I dropped my vehicle off at 12:00 PM on a Wednesday for nothing more than an oil change. When I dropped the vehicle off, I asked the tech who took my key if the car would be ready by 4 and they said “oh yeah” and nodded, like it was silly to even ask. When I came back at 4, I went to the counter and was told that they hadn’t even started. In four hours. For an oil change.
