Most of us think Les Schwab has great customer service but, i've Had a far different experience. I went to George Town branch in Seattle which had me waiting for over 6 hours between 2 different visits on what should have been a far shorter single visit for simple brake work and a few other fairly standard things. After the work was finally complete and leaving for vacation my van with "brand new brake lines" FAILED.. causing a near fatal situation with me almost slamming into an RV while my brakes went straight to the floor... read more
