We took our Jeep here for an oil change and now we have an oil leak.
I don’t normally leave reviews but after the outstanding service I received from Alex and James, I knew I had to give them some recognition. They went above and beyond as to work with my warranty company and kept me educated and informed along the way. Their communication is key and will gladly continue to work with them in the future.
leaving one star because i can't leave Zero! took my car here to do wheel alignment after having lower control arms, tie rods and sway bar ends replaced at my mechanic the day before. Les Schwab said at first they can't do the wheel alignment because there are "several" bolts missing when asked which specific bolts are missing then said there was one on each lower control arm missing so took their word for it and went back to mechanic and looked at it with them and everything was there and tightened to specs. per the mechani... read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came for a flat tire repair. There was no flat tire they said but still had me wait for 2 full hours and then tried to charge me $21!!! When I asked why I got attitude from the boy at computer and no explanation. Mind blown. Save your time and money
