Good tire service. Professional and friendly staff. Quick and reliable service. My husband and I have had our cars serviced here several times. They recently replaced a flat tire on my 2024 Porsche Macan EV. My husband picked up my car and drove it home, then after he parked in the garage we discovered the front license plate and been scuffed/scratched and the plate bracket completely bent horizontally, fatiguing the metal of the bracket and completely destroying it. 5 hours for oil and brakes. Got there at 10:45am for a 11am appt. They took it back around 11:15. Told me it would be an hour for oil change. Then called to tell me that it would be another hour for the brakes - just needed parts from warehouse but that it would be done within the hour. Walked around outside for that time. Came back an hour later and was told it would be 1.5 hours because they “hadn’t started it yet.” Ended up being 2 hours. 11am-3 pm for oil and brakes. And it was NOT cheap. Had a 4:30 appointment for a seasonal tire change. Shortly after 5:00 my car was ready. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff.
