Always a great experience at any Les Schwab. This location was my first time in and I have no complaints. Was greeted right away at my car, he listened to my issue with my tire and was helpful in what I may need to do about it. Inside, the employees were friendly and welcoming. Greeted right away and helped list options for new tires and prices. Wait was not terrible. Maybe an hour. Clean environment. Easy checkout. Again, no complaints. Great employees at this location. Id recommend!

I went in to get my flat replaced. The lady at the front desk(Kayla)had a passive aggressive and disrespectful attitude. When I asked for her to speak with my mom because she had information about the car. She rolled her eyes and signed before agreeing to talk on the phone.The professionalism wasn’t there. I was dissatisfied not only by the amount I was paying which was overpriced but by the tone and attitude in which I was treated and spoken too.I expect better service when choosing to come to this business to fix my tire.
