Mike the "Manager" has zero customer service skills. I was lead to believe they had a tire in stock 2 hours later I finally left just for one tire. My kid was stranded down waiting for me to return if I knew they had to go to another store to get the tire I would have went somewhere else. I was not informed and it wasn't until I asked was I told the situation. I could have went to Wal-Mart got better service and been done in half the time paying half the price with twice the service.
