Great customer service. Nolan was very friendly and helpful.
OUTSTANDING people, service, attitude and attention. I am on a cross country trip from Virginia to all of the west and my left rear tire had a slow leak today. I brought it in here at 3:30 and these guys got me in, found the screw in it, patched and plugged it, and had me on my way. Hardly any wait at all. I am SO indebted to them and they were so nice. And didn’t charge me!!! If I lived out here I would never buy a tire or service anywhere else. Many thanks guys!!!! 🤩
Called to see if i could get two tires called the churn creek store talked to carlos was real help explained everthing clearly. Lots of help
These guys are great. I always use Les Schwab. This Churn Creek store in Redding is just exceptional. I had a destroyed tire while on vacation and pulling my trailer. I took the flat to the Churn Creek store and Randall pointed out my last tires were the wrong ply. A different location must have put them on by mistake. I left with brand new correct tires and Randall arranged for me to get the proper credit. Absolutely fabulous service. They deserve more than five stars
