Ran a flat at 3pm and hobbled in on our spare just before closing, the awesome team here squeezed us in and got us up and running the same day. Saved our trip thank you so much.
Unfortunately I now have to leave a 1 star review. My first experience was excellent, this time however it was terrible. I called inquiring about replacing my rims and tires, planning to spend yet another 5,000 dollars or so, couldn’t even get a return call. I called three times, drove over from Fort Bragg and never received any call back or service. All calls ended with me being told I’d be called back promptly. Nothing. Recently took my car in for an oil, change, tire rotation, and balance, I let them know that there is something causing some shaking with my car. Got it back and it was shaking worse than before they did not do anything except put on two front new tires. I understand if that’s not what they deal with but they could’ve told me they can’t do it.
