Well known as the worst Les Schwab location in California. Manager Paul Harris is a shady crook. The staff is so extremely incompetent. I took in a fairly new perfectly working vehicle to get an oil change right before Christmas and they messed it up so bad I had to have it towed to the dealership out of my own pocket to get it fixed. They damaged my transmission, And contaminated things in the vehicle, they should've been nowhere near. Thanks to them I miss being able to drive out of town to visit family for Christmas.
