Aside from paying a bit more of an arm and a leg than I'd have liked, the people were courteous, the service was good, and the tires and hardware while pricey were fair quality for the price. No one likes tire-buying time but atleast I didnt hate my service writer...
Good Great Happiness is going to Les Schaab
Dropped a lawn mower tire off to get replaced, said I would be back within an hour, actually returned in 30 minutes. I was told it would take at least 1 hour to replace and they would call my cell phone if I was not in the building. Since I returned before the time they said it would be done I figured they haven't got to it yet. Sat there for 2 hours waiting. Finally asked what was going on with it. They said it's been done for 2 hours. No call, just wasted 2 hours not being able to run my business because of this.
