Went in yesterday because we had a screw in our snow tire. They said it couldnt be repaired and we had to get 4 new winter tires. We just got these tires and we have a warranty. They quoted us 604$. No option to just get one or use the warranty. We drove home on our donut in poor weather conditions (per their recommendation I might add) . They also said our tire was not able to be repaired. Andy was absolutely wonderful - very friendly, informative, and made it clear he wanted to do the best work in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was also reasonable, given I wasn't anticipating anything more than a seasonal changeover but it didn't break the bank. Making an appointment was vital to getting in and out quickly so I am glad they offer that. I waited in the store, with a tasty cup of hot coffee that was definitely fresh. Do not go here. The people behind the desk are rude and disrespectful. If you book an appointment, double check everything because they don’t offer all the services you can get an appointment for. They also don’t honor appointment times. My wife scheduled a 9am tire change to get her snow tires put on and it took them until 4:30 in the afternoon to finish it. They were accepting walk-in’s before servicing people with appointments and when they were confronted about it, they blamed us for not scheduling an earlier appointment... read more
