I found out I'd needed new tires while having an oil change / tire rotation at another local shop. Unfortunately they were not able to get them in until the next week. I called Les Schwab, and was able to get my car in the very next morning. The person I'd spoken to on the phone was kind, knowledgeable, and able to explain to me what I needed, and why. I've used Les Schwab in the past for my tires, they've always been fantastic.

Less is definitely right;less quality, less costomer service, I always feel like im being rushed out,and I have to double check everything they do. They refused to adjust my rear brakes because they didn't install them, refused to put caliper lube on front calipers, (because i guess its a liability)[because it wasn't their parts.] I had them balance and rotate my tires, and take the worn out studds out they didn't take the time to wash the dirt out before balancing the tires. Made a same day appointment over the phone and the staff were knowledgeable about the tires I needed and patient while I found my account information. The store is as clean as you can expect a tire center to be, and the waiting area is spacious. The staff were willing to look at some extra stuff and helped diagnose an issue my car had.
