This will be the last time I buy tires at this location. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude to my husband when he dropped off my car today, saying she didn’t know what tires I ordered and if they even had them in stock. I put all that information in the website when making the appointment so I’m not sure what the problem was. Then she tells him that they wrote a note in the account saying the last time we were in that they didn’t do an alignment because the tires were too bad. Absolutely wonderful place! Had a flat on our way through to Crater Lake. Employees make or break a company, and the employees here were friendly & eager to get us back on the road. Prices were extremely fair. I walked to get breakfast just couple blocks down while waiting. From an outsider looking in.....this town looks so charming. Great customer service.
