Came here with a flat tire from going off the road in icy conditions and they went ahead and fixed the tire for free right away. Super nice and great service. Five star review all day.

It is one thing to get good Customer Service, quite another to get shockingly amazing Customer Service!! Let me explain. We were passing thru Lakeview, OR. Got a screw in a tire on a Sunday afternoon. Took the tire to Les Schwab in Lakeview Monday morning. As I walked towards the showroom, a CSR/tire tech walked out to greet me, asked what I needed (tire repair), unloaded the tire and said they would get right on it. 45 min later, the tire was fixed and mounted. So grateful. Les Schwabs feels like the business model everyone should follow. We were on the last leg of our family vacation and woke up to a leaky tire with six hours of driving to go. Pulled in to be greeted by staff in the lot, checked in, sat with popcorn and TV while they pulled a screw out, patched and filled the tire, at no charge. Made a very stressful moment feel like a gift of humanity. Thank you.
