Great customer service. I brought two tires in to be mounted and balanced with no appointment, and got my vehicle back in about an hour. Cost about $80, which after doing some research it seems that is the state average.

As usual Les Schwab does come running. The service just can’t be beat. Smiles, always friendly.
This will be the last time I buy tires at this location. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude to my husband when he dropped off my car today, saying she didn’t know what tires I ordered and if they even had them in stock. I put all that information in the website when making the appointment so I’m not sure what the problem was. Then she tells him that they wrote a note in the account saying the last time we were in that they didn’t do an alignment because the tires were too bad.
