We had a tire losing air while we were heading home to Billings Montana. I cannot say enough about the amazing the employees. The friendly people we met up front to the tire technician all treated us like we were VIP. Snowy and cold weather made our drive a bit more challenging. We brought our dogs into the waiting area and they were super friendly to them also. After all of this great service they say no charge for the repair. We were completely surprised. They are always friendly. The service is fast, and the inspections they do on my vehicle put my mind at ease for traveling. We buy all our tires there and so far have had great experiences with them.
Went to this location on 1/27 for a tire rotation and “full service” oil change. I had inquired about coolant because I knew I was low on coolant. When the service was completed they said everything was done and went well. I went home and shortly about a week later I had noticed an oil leak had occurred. The next day all of my oil drained out of the vehicle. I checked my oil and it was low as well as my coolant was nearly gone. I called Les Schwab to see about what had happened during the service. I was working for a nearby plant with a tire going flat and I was always trying to make it to get my tire fixed. I called Tyler and he stayed past closing to get me taken care of. I really appreciated them staying late!
