I had a 10am appointment on 11-12-25, it is now 11:28 they are just now finishing studding the last tire of the tires I told them on the 10th I wanted studded and was buying, they just now pulled my car in. We are on our way to Nebraska because my daughter is having surgery so time is of the essence....NOT!
Love love love Les Schwab. They are always honest. They give you the best price. And they get you in and out the door and back on the road fast, which is really important when you're traveling.
The folks at this Les Schwab are awesome! I got a flat on I-80 an hour away. They answered all my questions over the phone and had my tire size in stock. Because the tow truck took 2 hours longer to get to me than expected, I ended up rolling up 10 minutes before closing. They still were able to help me out and stayed almost an hour past closing to do so. They were able to replace all 4 tires and they still did a thorough job assessing the root cause of my issue. Tried to get my tires retorqued. They said they would send someone out when I went in and asked. An hour had passed so I went in to ask what my wait is looking like and got ignored. There was at least 5 people in there and 4 of them were working on 1 vehicle.
The guys here are top-notch and they go the extra mile to make sure that you are safe and your car is fixed correctly.
