First time I have ever been into a Les Schwab and Tyler really impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. I ended up buying tired from this place and I pike recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was polite, the place was very clean and they knew their stuff.
The service and professionalism cannot be matched anywhere else. They're super friendly and keep you informed.
They replaced the front brakes on my truck. Started squeaking a few months later so took truck back to Les Schwab and they found no cause. Currently, truck is in another maintenance facility. They diagnosed the left front brake, back pad is metal on metal after less than 5,000 miles. Should be under warranty at Les Schwab, but I want it fixed properly. I do not trust Les Schwab and will not use them again.
