I had a flat tire and they were able to take care of my issues in a quick manner. I have an ID.4 all wheel drive electric vehicle and was told they may have to order the tires, up to 2 weeks out. Christian came up with an idea and plan to solve the issue that not only worked perfectly, but also gave me the snow emblem with superior tread for mud and snow that was better than I could have imagined. I just had it in today the 1st of April 2025 and Cody and his team did an Awesome job rebalancing my tires because, long story short, they still had a shake to them after switching them from the studded tires with the other Team at the Goldendale Les Schwab. Cody's Team also went the extra mile to find out that it wasn't just the tires that were slightly off but that there was something else causing the shaking and bouncing. I was passing thru the area on my to Portland I'm from IOWA.....they did an inspection i had to pump the brake 2x to stop.......after inspection the mechanic said your ready to go.....said was a fitting or valve needed tightened then they did a quick bleed on that line......asked what I owed them......said no charges......thanks again Jon from Iowa pilot car red van.......
Thank you so much Les Schwab, Goldendale WA, for fixing my front tire that was low on air! It is such a wonderful service that you can get a flat or nearly flat tire fixed for free at Les Schwab.
