I don’t leave reviews often, but every once in a while you experience customer service so great that it’d be an injustice not to recognize it. When I called this location for the first time, I worried that my sheer existence would be an annoyance like it was as a patron of the Big O Tires in Boulder. Came in Friday afternoon to request assistance with a punctured tire. Service was friendly and efficient, they were able to assist me immediately and I was on my way within an hour. I will return for my next tire service needs.
Great experience with Les Schwab and specifically the manager Kyle. After getting new tires I ran into some issues with battery, they troubleshooted my car multiple times. Always squeezing me in and working quickly to solve the issue. I have never been to any type of car shop that is so accommodating.
