Every time I come in, they’re always grateful to help me. I have no problems with the work that they do. Thank you so much.
2nd time I’ve stop in for tires. 4 point of sales systems upfront and zero employees anywhere to be found. Both times waited a bit over 5 minutes then left. Can’t imagine their service AFTER they’ve been paid if it’s this bad BEFORE.
Skip this Les Schwab, hopefully others are better. Went in for an oil change and alignment. The "standard oil change" was more than the price posted on their website and no I didn't need more than 5 quarts of oil. Charged me for the more expense 4 wheel alignment, even though my vehicle doesn't have adjustable rear suspension. Classic bait and switch shop. Customer service was also poor. They are tired and don't want your business.
I love this Les Schwab location so much. As a woman, I have been to car places where I just feel gross knowing I’m being sold things I don’t need and upcharged because I don’t know a lot about cars. I have never felt anything but respect, honesty and trustworthiness at this location. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, the place is always SO clean and they are so fast with whatever service I need. I also really love that I have seen women on staff. So I stopped here yesterday after getting a nail out of my tire from discount tire and figured hey I need to do an oil change, I roll up the parking lot is empty. Look over The bays are empty this was around 12:45, maybe 1:00 some dude was backing a car in behind me as he walked by his. If I need any help I said yeah. Can I get it oil change?
