Great service. Burney Schwab has always helped my wife when I'm away eith work.
I'd leave a zero star review if I could. Amanda at the front is very rude, zero appropriate customer services or interpersonal skills. Every time I go in there they all seem like it's such a burden. On our last visit 7/9/2024 the tech threw our keys at us and said "I'm not rotating your tires, you need new ones," after we waited for over 2 hours. For future customers they should try a polite conversation about options in a timely manner and don't throw anything at anyone.
We were visiting the area this weekend and got a flat. The technicians tried their best to patch but the damage was too much to fix. The put in the spare for me, made sure all other tiered were good, and even handed me a pressure gauge so I would not be stranded. All of this done thoughtfully, and completely for free! Les Schwab does tire repairs for free, but what blew me away was the genuine care shown by the technician. Very grateful!
