I was driving from Orondo to Wenatchee when I got a flat tire. I was just trying to gather my spare and jack and figure out what to do, when Eddie happened to be driving by in his Les Schwab truck. He immediately got to work and I guided traffic while Eddie changed my tire for me in record time. He even followed me most of the way to Wenatchee since I had to drive on my spare on the highway. Abed is “the man.” He came to our rescue after patiently waiting for another roadside serve 3 hours- they never showed. Abed with Les Schwab from Brewster, WA came out to fix our rental car flat and he had us safely on our way within an hour. Professional, kind and thoughtful. Good people still exist.
My Partner and I experienced a flat in Winthrop and had a hell of a time dealing with Hertz and another Les Schwab location in Twisp. Basically we received poor service and bad information that almost left us with a permanent flat with no way of fixing it. (The Twisp location, first could not find the leak and told us there was not one, and second when I found the leak on my own after leaving they told us it was not fixable.
