Very bad experience. I went only to install the tires that I had already bought, and when I asked for an alignment they told me they "couldn't do it" because my ball joints were supposedly destroyed. I asked them to show me the problem and they refused, even though there was no noise, no play, and no real sign of damage. They also gave me a quote of more than $550 for suspension work that was not necessary. After leaving, I inspected the suspension myself and confirmed that nothing is broken. Everything is intact. Ive been going to Les Schwab for over 30 years. Ive broken down and have been stranded all over the inland PNW and every Les Schwab that Ive dealt with has been great at getting me in ASAP. No matter of other customers appointments knowing that they live in the area and can wait a couple extra hours while the get the traveler down the road. Not this one.
