Very bad experience. I went only to install the tires that I had already bought, and when I asked for an alignment they told me they "couldn't do it" because my ball joints were supposedly destroyed. I asked them to show me the problem and they refused, even though there was no noise, no play, and no real sign of damage. They also gave me a quote of more than $550 for suspension work that was not necessary. After leaving, I inspected the suspension myself and confirmed that nothing is broken. Everything is intact.
