I came in for a trailer tire repair that I brought in, we were camping a few miles away the tire needed a new valve stem. Les Schwab replaced it and filled the tire to the proper operating pressure and I also had the make me a new spare tire for the travel trailer I am happy with both Thank you Les Schwab!
Always fixes stuff the right way. Is the price the best? No but you get quality work that you can trust. I’ve always been treated good, even when I’m frustrated at my situation.
They will overcharge you for tire replacement and installation because they know they are one of the only auto centers in the town! $1600 for 4 tires replaced is what we were quoted for, please be sure to check if you can make it to another place in a neighboring town that will give you a much better price.
The most disrespectful and dishonest location in the Les Schwab fleet. Alana the front desk gal has absolutely no clue what she is doing. The staff damage vehicles and try to hide it. They lie to your face. Horrible place And please no canned response from “Kylee” or whoever you have at corporate pretending to care about these reviews. If you care about your car. Go to the valley. Go to commercial tire or somewhere that actually provides real customer service still.
