Great Customer service and very friendly staff
I dropped my car off at the McCall Les Schwab on Saturday at noon unannounced because I had a slow leak in a front tire. I was greeted at the door and the service writer happily accommodated my request to look at the tire and perform a rotation. She called me back at 4 and told me my car was ready. I have tires from Les Schwab so the fix and rotation were free. Turns out there was a nail in my tire. I am so glad I didn't drive back to Boise with that. My daughter got a screw in the sidewall of her tire, they PATCHED IT and told her she was good to go back down to Boise...take your business to Point S, they replaced her tires, and front loaded her so she could get back down to Boise in a timely manner. Prices are incredibly expensive.
