Awesome experience! I came on Friday, without the appointment, to switch to my snow tires. They honestly told me that it's going to be 2-3 hours (not like other centers vague answers: not too long). Since I couldn't wait, they suggested to come back Saturday, right before opening. I came back next morning and it took 20 minutes for them to do the job!!! Great work! I'll try to change all my tires at this center in McCall from now on!
These folks saved my day. I had flown in from out of state for a ceremony. 30 minutes before the start time, we got a flat tire. Chris ran out there, helped fix the issue with our spare, and the rest of the team handled the flat while we were at the event. Didn’t charge us a dime. Absolutely LOVED these people. Huge props to Chris for being an absolute prince.
