My alternator belt broke outside Bonners Ferry on the highway. I drove to Les Schwab where they replaced it quickly. Was on my way back home to Canada in no time. Very impressed with the immediate attention and kindness I received from the staff. Also extremely happy with the low cost I paid. I highly recommend this business.
If I could give ot zero stars i would. I brought my truck in Saturday to get my a diagnostic on my abs light on my truck. I asked them if they would have a answer kn exactly what it was that need fix for me when I made the appointment and they said yes. I then get a call saying that on Saturday saying that they found a general area of what could be the problem but that they would have to reschedule me to figure out the real cause. Definitely recommend this place. Very helpful and polite staff. They are a little pricey but the warranty is good.
