Had a rock making very loud noises in my brake/tire area and we went in to get it removed and Brian quickly and happily removed it for us at no charge. Stellar crew here!
They were busy but were able to fix my flat tire quickly. Les Schwab will fix flats for free.
Daniel was absolutely amazing!!! He came out with another guy named Brad from Sam's Service. Both amazing human beings. My sister and I had a dual tire blow out while driving a Penske truck with a tow trailer behind it. We almost lost control over the truck and we're luckily enough to get it pulled over to the side of the highway. It was a very traumatic experience to say the least. We had a full flat tire and a partial flat in Frenchglen, and as we were putting on the spare, Garrett was driving by and stopped to help us. He was incredibly kind and helpful!! We made it to Burns to the Les Schwab location and everyone was very helpful. Garrett worked on my car, and he was great! He quickly patched up my tires and was very kind! Highly recommend this location!
