Was stopped with a flat tire between Bend and Burns Oregon. Only stayed on the roadside for 2 hours. We were super thankful Austin took our call to help us out. He made the drive out to us and changed out both tires. Thank you Austin for your hard work and excellent customer service. John 3:16KJV Jesus Saves!
The Burns Oregon Les Schwab crew was great to work with. They were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them.
Amazing service, popped in with rock stuck in rotor and they got it out for free! Thank you!

They helped us out in a pinch on a family vacation. We had a shredded tire on a gravel road near the Alvord desert. They worked with AAA and had someone come out to put on a temporary wheel on so we could drive to their location in Burns. We ended up purchasing 4 new tires because our vehicle is AWD. They were super fast installing them! Thank you!
