Fantastic customer service. Brandon and Tara working the counter were extremely kind and helpful. Costco wanted to replace the tire and said it was not patchable. Les Schwab took a look at the tire and was able to repair it at no change. Mike in the bay working with my tire was also very friendly and kind. Went out of his way to help me and turn off the tire indicator warning light twice. Thank you for making my visit at your shop pleasant. Keep up the good work guys. Brandon, the owner is excellent. This location is extremely busy and everyone in there works their best to put out a complete and quality product. My wife and I recently took her vehicle in there and we had a few misunderstandings and a couple minor issues and when I say minor I really mean minor. I came in on a Friday in October right after there was some ice on the roads. There were 6 people already waiting outside 30 minutes before the doors opened when I got there. The place continued to get busier and busier until about 30 minutes after they opened. All the employees were extremely professional. In the adjacent building for commercial vehicles there’s a loud speaker that rings every time someone calls. Giving them 4 stars because they've done solid work on my vehicles and have a good warranty, but one of the ladies that operates the phone (forgot her name, believe it begins with an L), is extremely patronizing and rude. Why work a customer service position if you're going to be like that with people?
