Ive been going to various Les Schwab’s throughout the northwest for years. My dad always said they were the best and they continually prove to be just that. The wall of my tire blew out causing a huge issue which almost completely ruined our trip to the Tetons. Traveling from out of state with one vehicle the situation was stressful. The service was awsome fast and they even got free ice-cream coffee tea and popcorn inside
Scheduled a tire swap and oil change, was told I was going to be one price and when I went to pickup it was a much higher price and they didn’t do the scheduled oil change. Talked with Eddie and was told I was going to get a partial refund and when I went back to get the refund they told me I was no longer eligible for it. Not the best service or communication.
