I really appreciate the Orland Les Schwab's customer service. I came in to get my Les Schwab battery checked and my Les Schwab tires were due for rotation and balancing. Everyone I encountered (as always) was warm and helpful. I feel grateful that these services continue to be complementary and available in my little town of Orland, CA.
I wish I could give this location more than 5 starts! I got my tires from Roseville Les Schawb 4 years ago. ( I got their house brand and suppose to be their best, long lasting etc tires ) Since than I had all kinds of issues with it. Tires would ‘t hold up in rainy weather. It had traction issues. When I turn right or left the car would slide and I would totally loose control of the stirring wheal. This happenee many times and I almost crashed into the ather cars or to the curve. Went to get my tires rotated they came out with a quote for $1500 to rebuild my front end on my pick up. My truck had no death warble or didn’t shake at all until I got my tires rotated by them. So I got to looking at my front end and they had loosened nuts on my tie rod ends and put a cotter pin back in it so my truck would shake when hitting bumps so i would pay them to fix the problem they started. 10/10 do not recommend bringing you vehicle to them. That’s very dangerous what they did and could kill somebody
These guys always do a great job ... over the years go to them fast, fair and above all not pushy!!! Always willing to go over options... Appreciate the staff for every visit!
