I wish I could give this location more than 5 starts! I got my tires from Roseville Les Schawb 4 years ago. ( I got their house brand and suppose to be their best, long lasting etc tires ) Since than I had all kinds of issues with it. Tires would ‘t hold up in rainy weather. It had traction issues. Went to get my tires rotated they came out with a quote for $1500 to rebuild my front end on my pick up. My truck had no death warble or didn’t shake at all until I got my tires rotated by them. So I got to looking at my front end and they had loosened nuts on my tie rod ends and put a cotter pin back in it so my truck would shake when hitting bumps so i would pay them to fix the problem they started. 10/10 do not recommend bringing you vehicle to them. That’s very dangerous what they did and could kill somebody
These guys always do a great job ... over the years go to them fast, fair and above all not pushy!!! Always willing to go over options... Appreciate the staff for every visit!
Great service at the Orland location. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I waited there for several hours while my vehicle was being worked on. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. The salesperson kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.
