A couple of years i went in for an alignment on my 2012 Toyota. The price should have been 65.00. A standard front wheel alignment. I waited as usual. The mechanic comes and shows me a chart. The vehicle was slightly out of base not drastically misaligned. The mechanic pulled a fast one on me and tells me that i needed to replace a bottom bolt from the strut. We had got a flat on a long road trip through California and had to stop in Orland to see if we could fix it. Pulled into the parking lot and walked in to what seemed to be the manager of the location, told him our situation that "we'd be kinda stranded if they couldn't help out" but he went out there told us what we already knew and then told us that he had shut everything down.
