We were broken down on the side of highway 97, about 1 mile away from La Pine Les Schwab. We called to ask for help or replacement parts for our trailer. The lady that answered the phone laughed when we told her we were stranded with our whole family including pets and small children. Without trying to find out if they had any parts in stock or do anything helpful, she told us we were out of luck and would just have to be stuck until Monday morning (it was Saturday). The service is great and the staff are very friendly and the price is reasonable.
Generally, I refrain from leaving negative reviews; however, over the weekend, I brought my new vehicle in for service in La Pine to have new all-weather tires installed. The appointment was initially scheduled for 9 AM. Due to the unavailability of the tires in stock and the necessity to retrieve them from Prineville, the process extended throughout the day.
