Always top notch service at this location. It's how you would expect a Les Schwab center to operate. Friendly, respectful team. Prompt to attend to your needs with honesty. Sadly, not all Les Schwab centers operate at this level. Kudos team!
I booked my appointment 30h in advance and indicated what tires I wanted. Upcharged 450 over the 500 I expected (billed over 950) because I booked the appt for the only available day I had and they neglected to have the tires I indicated in stock and then, when they improperly installed a valve stem, because it was 5:50 and I wouldn't get back until 6:10, it wasn't a priority to fix. Made an appointment for a seasonal changeover. They were very busy that morning but took my car back on time. They were all very pleasant and professional and I was on the road within 25 minutes. I have been going to the La Pine Les Schwab for years and have never had anything to complain about.
Wowza they hustle and so professional Parker was amazing and very courteous to everyone even on the phone what a great asset to the company.
