They got me in and out in under an hour in the afternoon when I had a nail in my tire on vacation. So appreciate the fast and friendly service!

This place is, in short words, an amazing establishment!! I was vacationing in the La Pine, OR area and it was near their closing time, but they still were happy to help me and my family when we ran over a nail, even though they could have said no. The service at this place is incredible and we greatly appreciated their service and care. Definitely recommend this Les Schwabs Tires location!
I wasn't impressed with these guys. I brought my truck in to get my wheels balanced and they immediately tried to sell me new tires and told me the tires probably caused the intermittent shaking I was experiencing. I declined the new tires and insisted they do the wheel balancing, which cured the shaking. They then said I needed a wheel alignment, so I brought it back the next day. I got a screw in my tire a couple weeks ago, but they patched it quick and I haven't had an issue since. I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everybody was doing their part. Store was clean, layout nice, and it was a pleasant wait.
