I have been going to Les Schwab for as long as I can remember because my parents also went to Les Schwab. All the Les Schwab tire centers I have gone to have been very helpful and accommodating. My last visit, I was getting a rotation prior to a cross-country trip. When I went up to get my keys, they had already quoted me new tires because there was no way mine were going to make it across the country. I felt they had my best interests at heart.
Please dont bring your vehicle here. Tried to tell me my pitman arm needed to be adjusted and that's why my truck was wandering all over the road. Pitman arms on a 2006 dodge 2500 are splined with 4 big splines. They cant be adjusted, they go on one way! Then they said my toe was out, even tho I just got it aligned by them 2 months ago, so if it was out of spec they left something loose.
