I generally get good service here
Incredible service, super economical, helped me out in a pinch after another local shop dropped the ball.
Very disappointed… probably the worst Les Schwab experience I have had honestly… prices and fees are criminal.. customer service is lacking and wait times were awful even tho when I got there only 2 other cars were in the lot.. I miss when Les Schwab had values cared about customer service and had fair prices.. same tire at Costco installed was about $40 less… this location made me realize I will never spend a dime at Les Schwab again… ever since it was sold it has gone off a cliff anyways…
Although they were very busy, the employees were very considerate of our precarious situation and pushed our service to the front. It should have been an hour or longer wait to get 2 dismounts and a remounts done, but they got us taken care of and back to our kids and vehicle in less than an hour. Very reasonable pricing and amazing service.
They have taken great care of me in the past. This time was less than satisfactory, just bad communication. I will try one more time in the future before giving up on them and moving my business elsewhere.
