Went in tonight to have a wheel borrow tire fixed. Josh a young kid pointed out the condition of the tire but wouldn't even check to see if they had a replacement. Then wouldn't even put in a tube let alone sell me one. This was for a WHEEL BORROW. After over 20 years and thousands of dollars spent there, they lost my bissnes. Another regret, I just bought a studded snow set from them. Like to return them. TIRE GUY , I'll be headed your way. No doubt service will be better.
We can't begin to tell you how good and experience we had with Josh and his colleagues. We had a flat tire, we're from our of town, but Josh treated us like family. He, along with it regular tire guy, was able to come up with the best plan. He was able to pull a tire from Lewiston's inventory and had it here the next morning. He told us he'd text us at 9am, and that he did. He changed the tire out very quickly and we were on our way. If we didn't already have a tire guy, we would be switching to Les Schwab!
