No upcharges, fit me in quicker than I expected, went out of their way to get the tires I needed delivered to the shop for install overnight. Was impressed by everyone I encountered working there.
Our driver went into the Les Schwab today to get his tire checked out, he had a nail in it and those guys just took it off, fixed it, put it back together ALL FOR FREE!!! At Love's or TA/Pilot they would charge like 200-250 $ for that at least! Amazing! Good hard working people over there, excellent service and kind smiling faces. We will be coming back!
Didn't know flat fixes are free here so I was very happy about that. Marshall helped me out and was very professional and polite, I appreciate the quick service. Thank you!!
Ryan stayed open an hour past closed to help me with a hard to fix issue with the trucks steering. They fit me in last minute to allow this to happen. Thank you Les Schwab.
