Absolutely amazing customer service. Several months ago they helped me with snow tires for my Rivian. Now I bring all three of my cars there for service. Honest, professional, efficient and friendly.
Thanks to Nicholas for taking care of me yesterday with a short notice brake inspection and repair. I made a same-day appointment online and I was very happy with the results - an on-time free brake inspection and resulting repair. They were fast to get my car in the shop and diagnose my options. Ended up replacing both front rotors with in-stock parts and had me back on the road in about an hour. I really appreciate how they are serious about customer service and they back it up with solid performance in the shop.
Les Schwab Monument is the poster child for customer service; this is how it should be done. I had a nail in my tire and Mike at Les Schwab fixed it immediately upon my arrival. I will recommend Les Schwab to everyone.
