They are one of the worst places in town. Slow absolutely slow. brought in a trailer tire for them to fix. Nobody in the bays and they tell me 1 hour. I watched 3 trucks pull in and within that hour. All 3 trucks pulled out and gone. St. Maries Les Schwab is a joke worst place ever to get a tire fix. 95 tier in Plummer does a way better job with there customer.
I've taken my car here multiple times and with each visit, everyone is always friendly and quick to help! I have had new tires, brakes, struts and wheel bearings put on. Great service and communication. Always willing to answer any questions and go the extra mile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you guys!!!

The employees are always nice & respectful but I've had so many problems when having my snow tires put on each winter. After one time - driving back up Hell's Gulch Rd. - my front driver side tire flew off the car leaving me stranded on a steep corner. I had to call a tow truck. A second time - after the tires were changed & checked, I had a flat tire returning up Hell's Gulch Rod. This time (3rd) after having all 4 tires inspected, and beaded to insure no leaks - the next day when driving to town, I had a flat tire. I waite... read more
