Lauren Young has probably one of the best crews here in Myrtle Creek. Been doing business here for years and service has always been outstanding.
Ok so I have 2 cars that are due for brake fluid flushing, there's nothing they need, I call the location to inquire how much a brake fluid flush is. They have employees answering the phone that just tell you to bring it in for a inspection and won't give you a price on a brake flush, there just trying to look at your car and sell you crap you dont need, there a scam
I was chased out of shop area for checking my brakes on my recently purchased truck. I was a Safety Manager and fully understand the liabilities of customers in shops but I believe using customer support and understanding when in these circumstances should be a more positive and practical interaction!
