They went above and beyond I bought tire/wheel combo off line and tires shook really bad and took over 16oz of weight I took it to les shwab in grants pass and they just balanced and let me go truck still shook badly I came to tri city shwab and they road forced my tires and explained and shown to me why my tires shook I bought a new set to get rid of shake I wont buy offline again
In this day and age where it feels like everyone is trying to manipulate and take advantage of you, I am VERY HAPPY with the service I received today. I walked in said "here's my proplem" they said "okay name and keys" and then half an hour later I was good to go. I wish I had gotten someone's name to promote but 10/10 service.
