I was heading home on a trip and it was a late afternoon on the weekend and guess what happened… my tire blew out. Well, the manager here at Les Schwab saw my trouble and stopped to help. Then he went all the way to his shop after hours and got his truck to help! That really impressed me because the manager of a place sets the tone for his entire crew so if they’re following his example I’m sure this is a mighty fine establishment. Thanks a bunch!

Absolutely stellar experience. I chose my tires and made an appointment on the Les Schwab website. When I pulled onto the lot, a service technician, Gary, greeted me immediately and took my vehicle into a service bay, and I signed in at the front desk with Lexi, the service writer. I watched a little Top Gear on television in the waiting area, had a cup of coffee, and 30 minutes from the time that I drove in, my vehicle service was completed, and I was on my way.
