Brought my van down for a rotation, and balance about a week ago. Vibration came back, and found they put old weights on, which cracked and fell off, so took it to another shop, where I discovered the inside edge of 2 tires were shredded, and showing cords. At no point did Les Schwab tell me they were bad, just let me drive away on cords.
Ive bought tires for both my vehicles here and a set of rims. I always have a good experience. I went to get my tire pressure checked because I had to tow a trailer and didn't have access to a compressor at that moment. I got help straight away by a young man named Caleb who was really helpful, fast and friendly. Companies need more people working there like Caleb.
Just stopped in to fix a nail and leak on another tire and instantly taken care of!! Other Les Schwab's had a wait, they jumped on it within minutes! And Thanks Sierra, The receptionist didn't wait around to transfer this to the shop!! Great customer service!!a
I will no longer be a Les Schwab (Stevensville, MT) customer. Over the past 24 years the level of service has just dwindled and recently plummeted. John is the most surly, unfriendly manager I've ever run across. The young woman who signed my car in never once looked up from the computer screen to meet my eyes. Yes, the work I had done was done correctly, but at what cost? Free ice-cream bars don't make up for a lack of friendliness, or horrible customer service.
