I got a punctured tire on my Wrangler on a Friday evening while off-roading near Alturas. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday to get it fixed but the Les Schwab Tire Center took my tire right away on Saturday morning and they fixed the puncture. I was out in less than an hour. Great service, great price! Thank you!!
Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Tyler helped me today and even took me to work so I wouldn't be late as they changed my tires 🦋
Brought my car in for an oil change and the oil filter cap was put on wrong, causing it to leak out a ton of oil. They did fix that and clean up the car, and luckily my engine was okay, so normally I wouldn't complain since mistakes happen...but they claimed that it barely lost any oil (my driveway says otherwise) and left my oil level extremely low (showing under the low mark when both warm and cold). That wasn't the only problem I've had here, either. I won't be back.
