Chris the manager saved me, I had a trailer issue that Chris was able to fix very quickly and professionally
There is a Les Schwab Tire Center in Royal City and of course if it is Les Schwab it's always good as this one was I was able to watch a little bit of television and have some popcorn. But I always take my car there to have the oil changed. Every single person working there has a superb work ethic and a wonderful attitude they are busy helping you the entire time it's great
We broke down with our travel trailer on the way to take our son back to college. We called and they assured us they could fix it the next morning, so we had truck and trailer towed there after hours or they would likely have fixed it that day. They allowed us to camp in their parking lot (they even put out a power cord for us!) and fixed us up first thing the next morning. We LOVE Les Schwab!!! Chris and Ashton in Royal City are our heroes.
Really grateful for the management and staff of Royal city Les Schwab . Recently we had a flat tire during our road trip. Les Schwab was a saviour, they fixed the flat tire immediately and did not charge us any money. Les Schwab team, you are awesome. I really appreciate it!
