terrible experience about two weeks ago... took my car there for a flat tire, they said they couldnt fix it; need to replace tire. Ok cool, they charge me $200 more than other local shops so i decide to have my car towed to another tire shop. Come to find out, the wheel lock key was missing. They were the last people to have my lock key.. but refuse to take any responsibility. "its noted in the system that's in the left side of the trunk" is what they keep saying. I recently got my tires replaced on my tundra and I got to say that working with the manager Eddie was the best experience. I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, worked with many Toyota Dealer service departments. And I never had as good service and attention to details that I have experienced at les Schwab tire center working with Eddie. Today about 30 days after I replaced the tires, I came back to have my breaks checked after Eddie had advised me about resurfacing the rotors, turns out I needed new rotor... read more
