I’ve actually trusted this place for a while. My friends have always spoken highly of them, and I’ve been here before, even back when they first opened. That’s why this recent visit was so disappointing. I came in to get a replacement tire mounted and road force balanced. I was originally quoted $45, but when I showed up, I was told it would be $75 because the wheel was 20 inches. I had an excellent experience here. I called needing a replacement tire, and instead of immediately trying to sell me a new one, they offered to inspect it first. When I arrived—no appointment needed—they quickly assessed the tire, repaired it on the spot at no charge, and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. On top of that, they topped off the air in all my tires to the correct pressure. Honest, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused—highly recommend!
Originally took my Tesla Model 3 to Costco for a tire repair. They stated it could not be repaired due to the foam inside the Tesla Tire. Costco also do not have any acceptable tire replacements in stock. Spoke to Eddie Les Schwab and they were able to repair the tire without issue. I respect Eddie and Les Schwab for their professionalism, honesty, an expert level of service. I will only be going to Les Schwab for my tire needs from now on. Thank you Eddie!
