I’ve always had such a great experience at all Les Schwab Tire Centers, but this location in particular is awesome! It’s my go to for new tires, tire repairs, and general vehicle maintenance. I was hearing a scary grinding sound when driving and was worried about all the things it could be. Turns out a piece of plastic was just rubbing against my tire and they took care of it for me for free! This Les Schwab is top notch! All of the employees are amazing at their job and will take good care of your vehicle. There was no dirt all over my interior, they wiped all the lube off the wheels and tires, and they even put my 2 spares back properly. I've had terrible experiences at Big O and Discount in the past. Big O scratched my wheels that were discontinued and offered me an oil change in return. Discount has stripped my wheel studs and never offered to replace them. This is the store I recommend everyone goes to.
Tanner was absolutely amazing! My car got a flat and we ran over to Les Schwab to get a new key and to get the tire repaired and he was very helpful. Provided above and beyond service, and definitely deserves a raise! 🤝
