Tire Rotation and Wheel Balance, the people were friendly and the service was fast and exceptional,they didn't even charge me for their service.
Nick (the manager) never ceases to amaze me. I am in Florida where there is no Les Schwab. I had a flat here but my tires were under warranty with LS. I called him panicked not knowing how to handle the situation for the cheapest amount on my end and he calmed me down and told me to have the tire shop here call him. They did and I left without ever getting my wallet out thank you so much!
I’ve been going to Les Schwab in Herriman for years. I’ve had all my vehicles serviced through them for all my needs. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. Every time I walk in the door, to the moment I walk out, these guys treat me like family. Also, Nick is a really great guy and is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He makes sure I’m satisfied and taken care of no matter how big or small a project is. Definitely would recommend Les Schwab to anyone! These guys are exceptional at what they do! 15/10 ⭐️
2nd experience: Decided to continue using Les Schwab for my new tire installation today and their awesome and professional service continues to entice me to keep coming back! I wanted a very specific brand and type of tire so I had to order them online. We dropped it off for the day but the service was completed in about an hour so we came back and had the wife’s car added in for a tire rotation and brake inspection. This team is THE team. Joel helped me out big time today. He went above and beyond and took care of a cross threaded lug bolt issue we had. As always the Les Schwab team is my favorite place to go when I need tires brakes and wheel work.
