The team at this Les Schwab are above and beyond. After attempting to replace my brakes by myself, I eventually had to turn to the professionals. Most mechanics will say they hate working on customers' DIY projects because they will more than likely have to fix the original problem and the mess the customer made. Updated 4/16/2026 I used to be very impressed with this shop, but that has really changed over time. I called today to talk about replacing a torn boot on my power steering rack. I know that the boot can be replaced cheaply because you guys did it for me once already. (Same boot by the way and the clamp is missing so the boot is damaged and has to be replaced again.) The manager nick is incredible always looking for ways to help . This is the only place I’ll go to for my tires for my mustang my mini cooper my f150 . The staff is great the mechanics don’t horse around like you see at many discount tires . Not to mention my ford focus is not some cool car but they treat the car with the exact same care and I love that . They check the pressure and rotate them when needed I get a notification in the mail . You all rock 🤘
