Quick, and very good quality. I trust that every time I bring my car in, they will do everything the right way.
Had an appointment at 3- they didn’t take my car until 4:40. Don’t take appointments if you can’t keep them!
Every time I have been they have been efficient and up front with issues. The staff have been nothing but kind and helpful with me. With the various stores nearby, it is convenient to meander away from the shop whenever you come to them a flat and come back to the work being finished or close to done. Went to a different tire store and they said “they didn’t have the right tool”. Well Les Schwab did and they have great customer service. While you wait you get delicious popcorn and the best hot coco ever. 10/10 recommend coming for any tire needs in the Saratoga area. Shawn was the man.
Becareful getting an oil change here. They crossthreaded my gas cap so oil sprayed everywhere in my engine bay, refused to admit fault. Got an oil change here then 2 days later took it to another place and all of a sudden there is oil everywhere in my engine bay. Pretty sure if it was like that when I bought it in les schwab, they would have said something. Had to get another oil change right after, they also over tightened my drain plug for the oil pan, had to get a new one. And put in the wrong type of oil filter. Im sure ... read more
