Salesperson “If anything happens, bring it in and we’ll take care of it.” I got a flat from a curb, brought it in and the employee said “sorry, not covered call your insurance.” This might be the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any business.
Made an appointment to get a flat fixed. Was greeted with a snarky "living the dream" from the lady at the counter. Waited 30 minutes before she told me my tire tread was 1/32 and they would not fix it. (She did, however, offer me a quote for new tires.) The tire is nowhere NEAR bald so I took it to Les Schwab and guess what? They fixed it with zero issue. I should have known to not try the tire place that quoted me $60 per to mount my new 4 wheeler tires last summer.
We were on our way to Les Scwab with a battery issue. We made a stop before arriving at that location. Unfortunately when we went to turn on our car it was dead. I called Les Scwab and Chris answered. I told him I was right around the corner with a dead battery and he offered to send his guy over to jump start our vehicle. I was shocked and relieved that he offered to help us. Within 5 mins. our car was up and running. We then went right to the shop and within 90 mins. our car had a new battery and a full service.
