Les Schwab always takes great care of us! IF anything goes wrong with their work (one time they didn’t tighten lug nuts- Idaho store), they made it right! Went above and beyond!! We’ve been with them since 1996!
I dropped my car off for tires and a small repair in the morning last week. They didn't have it finished until just after the store closing time. Not only were they slow, but my driver's door and seat have big, black grease stains on the fabric too. Obviously the poor mechanic had to rush.
Another great experience at Les Schwab. I got to them just as my alternator went out. They got me in quick and were able to save the battery and get a me a good deal on a new alternator. Thank you Chris, Shawn and team for another great experience with Les Schwab!
Teach your employees how to drive if they don’t know how to drive a truck and put them in a Kia soul but running people off the road and almost wrecking into them is ridiculous
