Yesterday's sales person said they had the tires in stock. Today, they didn't have them. Yet, the sales person multi-tasking was able to get the tires from another store & on our vehicle in less than 2 hours!
No service even if you ask they just look at you, fyi was just a pressure check skip them go elsewhere trust me. They are terrible!
Victor was a nice guy in the front desk... but the technician did a really bad service, it was pricey to install one tire so i expected for him to at least place my spare tire in the trunk where its supposed to go, and he didnt even bother checking the tire pressure on the rest of the tires. I came here bc Les Shwab is known for their good service but it wasnt like that.
