Good customer service
Has an appointment to get my rotors turned on my car took it in for my 8:00 am appointment hadn’t heard anything from them by 1:00, phones them and they tell me they hadn’t even worked on it yet they have to deal with grandview because they have the machine. Should have told me that from the start. Next take my car took the duportail les Schwab. Should have called me!!!!!
Horrible experience. I took my car for alignment, they recommended to get a change of some parts in the car (rack and pinion) in order to have it done right, I said yes and also got new tires, they don't know what they're doing, when I got there to get my car back the steering wheel was twisted and they said that the parts arrived wrong, when tried to drive it home, the gear was making noises and not speeding.
