I remember back in the 90s when lesschwab would run out and great you before you had a chance to get out of your car ....the service is fair but its definatly not what it used to be ...today i came in for a tire repair they are not slammed here today and its been an hour and they still havent got to .y tire ...oh yes they are working but these days they seem to be alot slowrr at accomplishing even the easiest of jobs ...i still like them though just a little fusterated

Husband had an appointment at 8am. Husband gets there and tell him they have to reschedule at 9am due to not have the right technician or not enough technicians. He gets there at 9am and they tell him it should take about 30 mins. ( we were prepared for an hour of work , which would have still been enough time for us ) He tells then that should be fine as he works at 11am and has enough time to get to work after the appointment. They dont get him started until 930 am because they decided to take in other cars even tho my hus... read more

Customer at the Sweet Home location for 10 years, always stellar service even when busy, always go the extra mile to communicate the problem and offer options. Today was a tire repair on a trailer and they wheeled the tire into the waiting room to show me why the fix will probably only be temporary.

Extremely Disrespectful customer service the Only respectful as well as respectable Gentleman at this Particular Location is an African American gentleman.. I didn't catch His name but His work ethic is phenomenally excellent Keep up the Awesome work young man.
