We didnt do that attitude! I went into Les Schwab to get 4 new tires on my van. I am a handicapped veteran and I have served my country for many years. Having gone to Les Schwab to get tires, has turned this into the biggest headache I could ever have. Nothing going into battle all over again to seek justice! The issue is, is when the tires were replaced, the rims ended getting damaged with many gashes and scratches all over. Great Road Service Away From Home Friendly, Family Service even when far away from home. My daughter had my car 2 hours away from home when it wouldn't start. A quick call to this Les Schwab and she was set up with road service to replace the battery. They took my Les Schwab account info from another store and billed it with no hassles. The service person that arrived was nice and friendly, too, and quickly got my daughter on her way home.THANK YOU! Quick Easy Service I got a nail in my tire and Les Schwab was the closest place. Had never been there before and so didn't know what to expect. I asked about much it would cost and how long. They quoted me only about an hour (they were quite busy) and the price was 16.50. They finish up with my car right at an hour and actually only charged me 13.50. Since it is only 2 blocks from where I work I will definitely be going back there when I need tire work.

WONDERFUL service!! I had a scary noise on my way to work (an hour commute!) and Heath made sure I was able to get my car in and out on my lunch break during their busy day, with time to spare! Thank you so much to Heath, the guy who checked over my car and Les Schwab!Awesome work! GO SEAHAWKS!

Tire checkup & repair I must say I was treated unbelievably well. All their personnel were kind, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. They immediately took the stress out of a difficult situation, got me back on the road for a day when I didn't have time to wait and then fixed my tire the next day. I was very impressed by the way they took care of me and can't say enough good things about their service.
