I feel like every business in Idaho should take customer service lessons from Les Schwab. They consistently go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer! Just got rescued from a parking lot by one of their guys who came and jumped my car and refused a tip. We literally had a new battery installed in less time than the roadside assistance club could even respond to our call. Had a flat in Emmett went to les Schwab. Appeared to be very slow only one customer when I arrived. Took over 1 1/2 hours to get tire fixed. Customers who came in after me were in and out long before me! Never had to wait this long unless I was having more than a tire fixed.
AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME service. took 54 chevy 3600 in to have steering gear looked at. the manager, greased to front end, checked the steering gear, gave me some advice on how to work on my truck, did not charge me for any of it. AWESOME FOLKS AWESOME BUSINESS.
Went in there to have a tire plugged and fixed the lady at the front desk was way rude so we went to commercial tire better service better people and they fixed out tire for free I'll stick to them from now on
