I was told over the phone if I paid one third down I could make payments on the outstanding balance.I have them put tires on my car and go to pay and finance the rest and they look at me like I'm crazy. They didn't try to resolve the problem instead they just act like it's my fault that they told me one thing and now have no memory of our prior conversation. Very unprofessional and very rude. They do not care if you are upset about your experience with them, they do not go out of their way to make the customer happy in anyway. I’ve been a member of this valley for 30 years and I went and applied for credit and because I had a low credit score they were not willing to help me. I make good money and pay my bills on time but they did not care. RecommendedMy wife and I blew a tire near Fairfield while on our anniversary trip. Our rim also cracked in the process. I called the nearest Schwab dealer ( Hailey, Id ) and they came right out with a spare. Travis was our man. We didn’t know until we aired up the new tire that our rim was cracked. We limped it to town and waited thru Sunday for the store to open back up. Travis was right on it and found us a rim and in less than an hour we were on our way! The best Customer Service in the Wood River Valley!
Your team and customer service is the best! Second to none. Car was in the garage dead. Junior at Les Schwab came over and got it going. Wouldn’t take a payment, wouldn’t take a tip. Thank You Junior and Les Schwab. Been a customer since moving out west in 2000 and will continue to be a customer until I’m to old to drive.
We were two ole NC boys in trouble after coming off of Trail Creek headed home! Serious tire trouble brought us to Schwab Tire! Arron checked us in and handed us over to Cody who took care of our problem in a flash! The service was great and they would not accept payment and even refused my offer of a tip! My thanks to two great guys and a great company for taking care of two out of towners!
Car held hostage. Would not give it back unless I bought tires. Tires were less than a month old, bought from LS and they would not honor warranty. Never Return.
