I have been a customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years. I have always recommended them because they had such good customer service. However, in December I had new tires put on my Tundra prior to a road trip. While on the road trip, I had to have the truck towed to the nearest town ($500) because the tires were rubbing against the rocker arm to the extent it did not feel safe. I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer since 2007. My first experience with them did not start in my home town, but in the state of Washington south of the tri-cities. I had a catastrophic blowout on my 5th wheel trailer and had no spare. I called multiple tire dealers and received no help. I finally called Les Schwab and they rescued me. Upon returning home I began to use the local store exclusively. I have never been disappointed with the service I've received. They have a lifetime customer in me.
I was treated very fairly by this shop when my car had a problem with a part they had previously installed. I appreciated the kindness of all staff members I dealt with and appreciate the effort they put in to making the repair right. I have recommended this location to all my friends because of the great service and attitude that can be found here.
