This place is amazing! Todd & Vaughn took care of me. Went to Tire Rama at first and they wanted to charge me for 2 brand new tires not even asking if I needed a tire repair. Will definitely be back if I need more help. Would 100% recommend coming here. Big lounge for seating, and welcoming staff.
The guys that work here are very nice and accommodating, they always go above and beyond to help you. Always recommend this location to my family and friends.
Drove to Kalispell for a work trip and my truck picked up a vibration on the way. Dropped my truck off and asked them to check my front-end and balance my tires. The copy of the work order shows and said my front-end is tight and was ok with no problems found. Made it not even 10 miles down the road and heard a very load grinding noise and the LF tires was trying to lock up. Pulled over and found the hub was very loose and making noise.
I'm absolutely disappointed with les Schwab right now, normally they are great, but they scammed a family member. She went it for one new tire and they kept telling her she needed more and more things replaced..she is now 3,000$ In debt with them and now her car is showing a bunch of codes that were never there before. And now she needs new sensors that they broke!! But they want to charge her, I don't know what's going on there and there needs to be some oversight taking place. Are there cameras in the shop?
