High pressure sales used would not rotate tires purchased from them due to a perceived small crack in the tread. Would not trust this location with a bicycle tire. There are more honest places elsewhere.
Came in to get new tires for a trailer. They tried to upsell me, and I understand that it’s part of their job. I asked the difference between the tire I wanted and the next better tire (twice the price) was told that it had a better speed rating. When I pointed out that their website stated they had the same speed rating, I was told that the website must be mistake because the more expensive one’s had an “m” rating (that rating is for 81 mph) I then pointed out the tires I selected had the same rating literally stamped in it... read more
I am deeply impressed by Les Schwab's service! Derik promptly inspected a tire/brake issue on my SUV and was able to service it immediately. The price was also great. Truly an amazing experience!

Truly grateful for Les Schwab Tire Center in Kalispell. Had a damaged tire in need of replacing, but because of the car make & model (and after getting a second & third opinion) this meant all four tires needed to be replaced. With 20 minutes to close they still saw me. When I showed them what I had been quoted at another Les Schwab in Columbia Falls (who were also very helpful), they could have easily let me pay that higher price but instead let me know they had a more affordable option.
