Our tire blew and we are from out of state. I can’t say enough how thankful we are for your quick and kind service! We walked in 10 mins before they closed and they got us right in. Again, thank you so much!!
Pulled a nail out and patched our tire for free. Took about 90 minutes. They saved out road trip!
We were camping at a RV resort in West Glacier when we noticed that one of our fifth wheel tires was low and the stem apparently was leaking. We were suppose to leave on Friday morning around 6am for our next destination. We called Les Schwab in Columbia Falls and spoke with Marshall. After we explained our situation he asked if we could be at shop at 6:15am Friday. We agreed. He thought it was either a bad stem or a bad core valve. Outstanding service every time!
Again, I've been everywhere, but have never had the 'above and beyond and -beyond that" level of service as I had at this Columbia Falls MT location! I've had brakes done, tires and smaller repairs. It just doesn't get better.
