I had a great experience when I took my car in for a tire rotation. I was told it would be about an hour. After about 45 minutes Gerald came out talked to me about my rear brakes. But he didn't try to sell me new ones. Told me what to watch for and said my car would be out in 10 minutes and it was. They had the paper ready for me to sign I was given great service I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my car there to change 2 tires and brake a couple of months ago. Took me 2 days be cause they didn't have parts. Then later, they send me a letter, said it those tires the gave me were recalled, they ask me bring back the car then they replaced it with 2 cheap Hankook tires not even side, since then you problems all the time. I come back to them a couple of time for services Flat tires. (2 of the continental tires I change it at America tires before still working good). BUYERS BEWARE This Les Schwab Tire Center is dishonest. I brought four (4) new Good Year tires to be mounted & installed on my F-150. I also provided my wheel lock key because all four tires have wheel locks. I did not inspect my tires before departing, and they blew up in my face. A few days later, I was heading out for another late-night catfishing adventure in Modoc County, CA, and received a flat tire. Very poor called about getting appointment and they said even if you get an appointment that they will not honor the appointment time if they are busy. I said why make an appointment if they will not honor it. He told me that they try but if busy not always honor appointment times. That is crap when you make appointment still have to wait 1 to 2 if with appointment. That’s BS when you have been going there for 20 plus years

Had a tire with a screw in it and took it to Les Schwab on Commerce Drive in Medford. I waited for a few minutes and the young lady working on my tire took me out to show me a large tear on the inside sidewall and told me it could not be repaired and wanted to sell me two new tires. The tire I brought in only had 4000 miles on it. I can't say but the tear was fresh and suspicious. I'm pretty sure I won't be going there again. I had to buy a new tire that matched for 230.00 plus had to have it mounted. I'm pretty disappointed... read more

I took my car for a rotation and one of the employees Maximino Arias, went beyond in the service because he checked all the tires and found out one of my tires was about to come off the car and he was really curious about a noise my car was doing and it was that tire, so thank you because I think you saved my life thank you so much🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍
