I went in for a seasonal tire change over- but I asked them to please check my summer tires as they kept leaking air. 25 minutes later "Zachary" ****HUGE SHOUT OUT**** came up and told me straight up that I had torn beads and he ordered a brand new set for my car-- on them--- due to their accidental fault! Made an appointment for a severe suspension issue that they addressed a month ago. I arrived today and they told me it would be an all-day drop-off because snow tire changes for other people's cars take priority. I'm confused on how my suspension issue isn't more serious than snow tires. What’s the point of an appointment…thanks Kim!
Just blew out both fronts hitting a pothole, even tho its quitting time for them, they still sent out a tech! Saved my bacon for sure!
On 9/17/25, 170 miles from home we had a tire pressure monitor warning in our car and discovered a screw in rear tire. We were just a few blocks from your store. Was told would be a couple hour wait. Tire going flat. No other choice. But to our amazement you had it in and on the lift in about ten minutes. And to top it off, there was no charge. No wonder we've been with LS for about 50 years. Thank you!
