I made an appointment and verified that they would be able to work on my older vehicle. I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem and I’ve done it before. I show up in the tech drives it around the block a few times and comes back and says he cannot because he doesn’t have specs. I told him it was OK just eyeball it and I still wanted it done he refused and sent me on my way.

Took my trailer for a flat and pack my bearings specifically ask for a new dust cap the whole reason I took it in! Picked it up in the dark like this.
I brought in my winter tires and wheels as well as new tpms sensors that just have to be paired and they charged me 222 dollars the only reason I went there was because discount tires was booked up. After calling others tires For prices to the same work . I fell that’s a little. Much to charge . I will not be coming here and I will tell all my veteran friends not to come here .
I also feel I should warn people DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! The tire techs at this facility destroyed my sons chrome rim with an obvious tool impact and tear on his rim and then told us we would just have to buy a new rim. On top of that they tried to bs us to and were VERY unprofessional and one person there actually was very threating. They destroyed my boys car and just told us oh well.
